Brad Abernathy
Brad Abernathy is a full time Realtor and Marketer. He is Vice President & Partner with The Norton Agency in Gainesville, Georgia, is the Managing Partner of the Abernathy Cochran Real Estate Group, and the Creator and President of The Faces Of, LLC. He grew up with real estate as his family’s business. After completing his degree at Georgia Tech, Abernathy went to work in the business he knew all of his life.
In 2009, he and Regina Cochran formed the Abernathy Cochran Group to serve their clients together in a collaborative effort. Together, their group has been the leader in home sales in northeast Georgia’s Hall County, closing more than $422 million in residential real estate sales since 2010. The group sets themselves apart from their peers by marketing their expertise and their client’s properties across a wide span of platforms.
Our mission is to surround and support our clients with a collaboration of talents, strengths, influence, and expertise to market and sell real estate for the best price in a successful timeframe. Brad and Jill have been married for 27 years. They have two daughters, Sadie and Kate. Home is where their family is. They live in Longstreet Hills in Gainesville, Georgia, but can also be found at the beach on Amelia Island, Florida, or at Beech Falls Farm in NE Georgia. Brad loves spending time with his family and friends, in the outdoors, golfing, walking, and reading. They attend First Baptist Church of Gainesville.

I love my community and hometown. Anyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE Gainesville. My company has recently sold houses here to families from 32 different states and 10 different countries. People are finding us and loving our community, too. We are ambassadors for our community and we thought we should introduce our community, one person at a time, to each other and to the world. We are telling the story of our community through the terrific people that live and work here, one voice and one face at a time.

Maya Angelou once said, “We are more alike, my friends, than we are unalike.” I love this quote.
