How Community Spotlighting Built a Bridge—and a Real Estate Relationship—in Hall County
A few years ago, we interviewed a dynamic local leader named Ginny for The Faces of Hall County. She’s one of those people who seems to know everyone. A decorator, party planner, wedding coordinator, and true community champion—she’s deeply woven into the fabric of this town.

That’s important because in a place where over 2,500 different real estate agents and teams closed transactions in a single year, someone like Ginny could’ve chosen to work with any number of professionals.

We’re very different in some ways. And let’s be honest: in today’s world, even small differences can divide people quickly. But I’ve always believed in this quote by Maya Angelou:

“We are more alike, my friends, than we are unalike.”

That line reminds me of Ginny—and our friendship. She and I like each other. And more importantly, we respected and connected with one another because of the spotlight she received through The Faces Of.

When it came time for her family to buy a home, she surprised me by saying she wanted no one but me to help her. I was honored. She had a choice—and chose me. I believe this happened because of the relationship we built through the project. The Faces Of created a bridge of trust, and that trust led to a meaningful transaction that felt more like helping a friend than doing business.

If you give value and are open to receive, amazing things will happen.

All the best,
Brad
