Since beginning my community project I have interviewed the head golf pro and an employee of my local golf course. Plus, I interviewed the mayor, the city manager, and the assistant city manager of my town. I also interviewed the 1973 Masters Champion who lives on this course.
My city and golf course decided to do a major redevelopment leading to carving off 13 golf course lots valued at $3,000,000. I was asked to advise and was hired to sell the lots. To date I have sold and closed 9, have 3 under contract, and 1 left for sale. I am on the listing side of all 13 sales. Additionally, I was on the buyer’s side of 6 sales and on the buyer’s side of 3 that are under contract.
