I have been a full-time Realtor for 27 years. I have been offered advice, coaching, how to’s, etc. from many people that are not currently working full time in my field, have never worked in my field, or who were not successful working in my field.
I have also been sold or approached by hundreds to sell me techniques, leads, referrals, etc. Just like you have. These companies do not work in my field as a full time Realtor dependent upon commission sales. The people approaching you earn a salary now to convince you they know how to make you successful.
One giant that tells you they can help lost money on 42% of their resales in August of 2022. Another giant that loves to sell you “how to do it” lost $881M in 2021, trying to “do it”.
